DMS Automotive upgrade for the 6.2 Murcielago adds an additional 31bhp from 5600 to 6500rpm and torque now up to 511lb/ft at 5500rpm with over 500lb/ft available from 4600 to 5700rpm. Also torque from 2500 to 4100 is greatly improved, giving a welcome improvement in fuel economy when driven in the lower rev range. Another advantage of the upgrade is that we have tailored the engine software to allow smoother gear changes for up and down shifts, this improvement is most noticeable in cars fitted with the manual gearbox.

This very nice black Ferrari California was tuned by us. This car has 2 ECU's controlling each side of the 4.3L V8 engine, in order to program this car we need to remove the ECU's and plug directly into them, power is increased by 40bhp and 30lb/ft torque.

Here is a brand new LP550-2 we did, the car comes standard with 542bhp and 398lb/ft torque, after tuning the car will have 608bhp and 458lb/ft torque which is a 66bhp and 60lb/ft torque increase!

The LP550 and LP560 use Bosch ECU which can be programmed through the OBD II port, this cuts down the time needed to complete the whole process, we no longer need to remove the ECU's on the LP550/650's to access the tuning file.

Here is a nice R8 we did in Japan recently, the car has 2 ECU's and it can be programmed through the on board diagnostics (OBD II) port. For the R8 4.2L V8 the increase is by 26bhp and 31 lb/ft torque.

DMS also has a program for the R8 V10 5.2L engine which increases power by a whopping 70bhp!!!

On March 17th we flew to Japan to tune a number of cars and visit Miracolare Co. Ltd. Our gracious host Mr. Noritaka Noda organized various Maserati's, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Audi, and even a Ford Focus RS for us to tune. DMS owner Rob Young flew from UK especially to join us on this trip to personally work on the ECU programs and promote the DMS brand further in Japan. We thank Mr. Noda and his staff for his hospitality and felt this trip was a great success and hope to continue working with Miracolare and DMS Automotive.

Here is a video of a 2004 manual Gallardo on the track at Fuji Speedway in Japan, after programming both ECU's in this Lamborghini, the driver was able to reach a maximum speed of 290km/h on the straight which is around 30km/h higher than before modifying the ECU.

DMS Automotive Gallardo upgrade

Here is a nice white Gallardo with custom wheels and aerodynamic kit, this car was tuned from 513bhp to 546bhp. The real difference after DMS' ECU upgrade is felt mostly in 3rd gear above 5000rpm and it just keeps on going, it wont have any negative affect on city driving, in fact the torque increased on the low end actually helps the car's E-gear shift smoother and less clunky at low speeds.

We are also currently working on a TCU upgrade for the Gallardo's, this should bring shifts to Superleggera specifications!!

Mr. Noritaka Noda; owner of Miracolare Corporation Japan, took out his DMS tuned 2004 MT Lamborghini Gallardo and had arranged an interview and test at the FISCO Suzuka Circuit with one of Japans top supercar magazines ROSSO. We will post up the article once it comes out to
print.

Tramontana R equipped with 20" Dymag carbon wheels

The £385,000 Tramontana R features a 5.5 Liter twin turbo V12 Mercedes engine which pumps out a massive 760bhp and 1,100Nm of torque, giving the Tramontana R a 0-60mph time of 3.6 seconds. This new R version is fitted with 20" Dymag 9-spoke carbon rims using 245/40/20 and 335/30/20 tires, the size of this car is a bit deceiving but it's actually quite large at 4,900mm long and 2,080mm wide making it bigger than a Pagani Zonda F.

This is a dyno sheet of an LP560 with before and after plots using the Dyno Dynamics all wheel drive dyno, its important to remember that Dyno Dynamics makes the most accurate Dyno as it is a "loading dynamometer" which measures torque and then makes a calculation for power based on that torque figure.

While we were in Indonesia, we tuned this beautiful 599GTB and brought power from its already fast stock rating of 611hp to 647hp, the throttle response is so much better and in race mode its an entirely different car.

We also worked on the grey Quattroporte next to it bringing power from 400hp to 438hp, which is even more than the new Quattroporte S.

We just tuned this C63 ECU which was sent to us from Japan, the program will increase power to 530hp and 486 lb/ft torque, DMS also used the throttle map from the CLK 63 Black Series. We plan on having some performance tests done soon and will post the figures when we get the information from the owner.

Nissan GT-R with Dymag 20" carbon fiber wheels

This is the first set of Dymag's Carbon Fiber wheels that were installed in Hong Kong, the wheels are 20x9.5 and 20x11 using stock offsets. The stock wheels are already quite light but the Dymags are 3kg lighter per wheel!
